Nous utilisons diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux dans notre processus de production et nous offrons les solutions les plus appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 nos clients en pr\u00eatant attention aux valeurs de duret\u00e9 obtenues apr\u00e8s le traitement thermique de chaque mat\u00e9riau. Nous produisons les pi\u00e8ces souhait\u00e9es en respectant toutes les valeurs telles que les mat\u00e9riaux et le rev\u00eatement de duret\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s dans les dessins techniques. Voici les mat\u00e9riaux que nous utilisons le plus fr\u00e9quemment dans l'usinage CNC et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de ces mat\u00e9riaux :<\/p>\n<h4>Mat\u00e9riaux de c\u00e9mentation<\/h4>\n<p>La c\u00e9mentation est utilis\u00e9e pour le durcissement superficiel des aciers \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9, la surface de l'acier reste dure et l'int\u00e9rieur de l'acier reste plus mou, ce qui augmente la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure du mat\u00e9riau. Les mat\u00e9riaux de c\u00e9mentation comprennent :<\/p>\n<h4>Mat\u00e9riaux de nitration<\/h4>\n<p>La nitruration est utilis\u00e9e pour augmenter la duret\u00e9 de la surface des mat\u00e9riaux.
